Pumpkin Muffins (Kim Countiss)

1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup wheat flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat over to 350. Lightly grease muffin tin. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Combine eggs, pumpkin, butter and blend well. Add chocolate chips. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and fold together just until moistened. Don't over mix. Divide batter equally into twelve muffins and bake until springy, about 20-25 minute
