6-8 potatoes (boiled with skins on, then peeled and grated)*
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated onions (optional)
1 cup grated cheese
Topping:
2 cups crushed Corn Flake crumbs mixed with 2 Tbsp. butter
- Butter a 9x13 pan
- Prepare potatoes (*or use frozen shredded hash browns)
- Mix butter, soup, sour cream, onions, and cheese together
- Add shredded potatoes
- Place in buttered dish or pan
- Top with Corn Flake crumbs
- Cover
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
