Potato Salad

3-6 medium size potatoes (cooked, cooled, and sliced)
1 large red onion (sliced)
Cottage cheese (large container)
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

In large bowl layer in this order: potatoes, onions, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Repeat layers until bowl is filled. Let sit overnight and then stir just before serving.
