Hershey Balls

3 large Hershey bars (with or without almonds, but I like it best w/almonds)
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip (thawed, not frozen)
Vanilla wafer crumbs (about 1/3-1/2 a box)

1. Cut or break up Hershey bars into small chunks and melt in microwave oven (I usually melt it on 30-40% power for about 3 minutes.)
2. Crush vanilla wafer cookies into small crumbs (I do this in my blender), then set aside.
3. Mix Cool Whip with melted chocolate until well blended.
4. Place in fridge or freezer for about an hour to stiffen.
5. Roll into balls.
6. Roll each ball in vanilla wafer crumbs.
7. Store in bowl in freezer until ready to serve.
8. Serve straight from the freezer. (If you let them sit out too long they get gooey.)
